What could this be please help?

My stomach started hurting, like I had gas pains,I took gas x and no relief. I went to work holding my stomach, my stomach is making noises, and bad migrain headache 2 days now, I had my gallbladder out in november so its not that. tylenol every 4 hrs not helping I think my stomach feels bloated, what do u think it is. Thanks
Answer:
I would consult your physician due to the fact that you had your gall bladder removed and having pains now. Might not be your stomach persay but something else. Usually all your organs play a vital role in the function of your body systems and missing one can make or cause a problem in another organ or system. Kind of like a car missing a part. It might run but definetly not very good. Always best to be safe then sorry.
Maybe you have gastroenteritis.
PMS perhaps, or u may need some pepcid Ac.
Fill an empty pepsi bottle with hot water and put on belly.
Put a magnet on belly(neg. side against skin)
What part of your stomach is hurting? Upper part by your ribs or lower part like where your bladder is? you need to be more specific.
Stop taking tylenol, it irritates your stomach and that much of it will harm your liver, don't take asprin either. If it's hurting that bad for that long you really need to see a doctor, it could be any number of things.
I don't know, but you need to go straight to the doctor right now!I could be something very serious! That's what they went to school for!You think?
ask your doctor.
have you been tested for krohn's disease? i'm no expert but, i've known several people afflicted with the disease and your symptoms are similar

What could these pains be??

i have got real bad pains in my stomach i have ibs but it is not a pain i have had before so i doubt its that,it hurts when i bend down and is uncomfortable when i am just sat resting, its like a pulsing pain very hard to describe actually but any ideas?
Answer:
If the pains are not constant, without any complications, you can seek remedies just at home. Perhaps you are under stress, so take it easy and drink warm fluids(milk excluded). If not cured, send me more details or visit your doctor.
not sure what it could be so cant help, sorry, but I know a good site that might be able to help

www.netdoctor.co.uk
I don't usually use those sites of self-diagnosis as sometimes it can scare you silly and cause panic.
You say you have Irritable bowel Symd so are you constipated is my first question?

If this pain continues then see you GP. Constipation can be very painful and very uncomfortable.

Have you taken laxatives recently because they can give you like spasms that can be painful.
If the pain has persisted for more than three hours and you have a fever you may have appendicitis.Appendicitis can start as general abdominal pain and slowly centralize to the right lower side.If pressing down on stomach doesn't hurt but after releasing from pressing in on stomach causes pain, that can be an indicator and you should call your Dr.Let me explain press in on stomach and quickly release, if you didn't feel pain until releasing the pressure that is the indicator I'm talking about.Appendicitis is serious it can rupture so call your Dr. to be safe no matter what opinion you find here.
well i think i have had that pain i even went to the er and they said that it was endometreouis it's a major pain before you menstrual cycle so my lovely pain get to keel me over for about 4 days i hope that's all it is they said 3 200mg Motrin would help but i like pamprin max i take 3 if you get a fever it"s not that go to er
I had a problem like this I went to to Doctor thinking it was intestinal but she actually diagnosed a muscular problem to my surprise. It was there mildly when resting but would catch me suddenly when bending standing up or at random times. I have experienced muscle problems in the past but nothing like this it really felt more of a stomach problem although I had no other symptons. I also could not remember doing anything that would have hurt myself. She just gave me anti inflammatory painkillers (not suitable for everyone of course) told me not to overexert and it would heal itself in time, which it did eventually. Of course you need to get this looked at properly especially if you have been having monthly trouble as there are lots of menstrual problems and they can give you a variety of symptons. Tell him everything that concerns you I always seem to forget to tell him half I should have when I go you're always in and out so quick .Don't go on suffering and worrying unnecessarily. Hope you get better soon!

What could the problem be? colon problems?

so ive had colon problems for a year and a half now well everytime i go number 2 it hurts really bad, it was starting to get a little bit better to the point where i could atleast not cry but now its at its worst like im scared to poop because its so painful im 14/female i told my mom about 6 months ago she says its because i dont get enough fiber could that protrude this long and there is bright red blood which ive heard is good that its not dark but i need help, my uncle died of colon cancer but im to young to have colon cancer my mom said what could it be tho
Answer:
Bleeding from the anus is a bad sign no matter what, you need to go see a Doctor.

From your symptoms it could be anything for hemorrhoids, or an anal fissure, to cancer (you're never to young for cancer)
your Mom should take you to see the Dr for a check-up=she is also right that you should eat more fibre ,ant drink water as well=been there done that
You need to go see a doctor. It's probably hemorrhoids, but until you see a doctor, you won't know for sure.
It sounds to me like your mom could be the biggest problem. Get to a doctor.
you need to drink more water and add a apple a day to your diet but i think you should see a doctor to make sure nothing else is going on.also ask your doctor what foods you could eat that would help with this problem.cancer has no age limits it affects people of all ages so get this taken care of.good luck.
Try this for the next two weeks: I tablespoon of mineral oil twice a day. Follow mom's advice about fiber. Cereals, fruits, vegetables are excellent sources. You might substitute Metamucil, Citrucel, Fibercon or similar. Stop mineral oil after 14 days.

If you have little or no relief from the above regimen, you should definitely see a doctor. You might have hemorrhoids, an anal fissure, or other less common conditions. If your family MD can't help, ask for a referral to a proctologist, an MD who specializes in colon and rectal disorders.

You might start the regimen with a Fleet oil retention enema - just one, one time only.

What could possibly be wrong with me? i am 24 yrs old.?

ok, the past couple of weeks, i have been very very constaped. Yesterday i took 2 laxitive pills that have 25mg of Sennosides USP in them to help with my problem, later last night and into this morning my stomach starts to hurt and tell me thats is time to go. i try and try until finally i do my business, cept that i had to strain like it was nobodys business to get it out. And when i looked down in the toilet, my droppings were like little bity nuggets instead of just a couple long droppings. Also it was bloody. Now the nugget thing and the blood thing has happened off and on for like 3 yrs now, i thought i would have a hemmoroid, but had that checked out and i did not. It has been hard to have a b.m the past 3 yrs, but the past week it has been worse.I had a scope done on my stomach about 2 mnthsa ago cause i also had very bad heartburn and they said that i had a inflamed stomach, gastro- something. Should i go get a scope done, i also take methadone, i have been on for 2 yrs.
Answer:
I think Methadone is your problem as many narcotics and their derivatives can constipate you. WHY are you on methadone for 2 years though. The idea is to kick one addiction not form another. Your 24 get off methadone, get a job and get your life in order.

But if you want to clean yourself out try

colonblow.com - it really works - everything but a 1969 VW bus will come out of you
doctor. go to the doctor
You need to tell your doctor everything and ask to see a gastrointestinal specialist.
what you need is a stool softener, not a laxative. there is a difference. and the blood is most likely caused by tearing if the anus lining when your straining. but it is best to talk to your doctor about it first.
post this in mes health please!!
BLOOD?! You need to see a doctor IMMEDIATELY, and tell him/her everything you've posted here.
I think the methadone has the side effect of making you constipated. Other things that do too include not drinking enough water and not eating a balanced diet this makes your "nuggets" hard and dry. Do you walk/exercise much? If you take laxatives all the time you can become sort of desensitised by them - they may not work as well as they originally did. If the blood is fresh red blood it could just be because your "nuggets" are dry and scratching on the way out and making you bleed. Blackish blood would be more cause to worry. If you are worried then have the scope from the other end. Hope this helps.
It seems that you had Gastro-oesophageal reflux disease, which you should have recieved treatment for. Assuming that you completed your course of treatment, the blood in the stools should have been erradicated.
As you have been on methadone for 2 years, you are probably aware that it can cause consitpation. The best thing to do is speak to your GP to get the problem sorted. They will be able to tell you whether you require an endoscopy and advise you of the relevant treatment.

What could make your hands, face, and feet swell. Should I be worried?

Answer:
Allergic reaction?

If it is an allergic reaction, you may well have good reason to worry. If your airway swells up, as well, you could be in a world of hurt.

How long has this been going on?
water retention. if it doesn't improve, see a doc.
High blood pressure can do it.
Many things, you might just be retaining water or about to start your period, etc. I'd only be worried if the swelling does not go down.
Lots of salt, high blood pressure, allergic reaction, I would be worried, call a doctor.
to much caffeine and salt will do that,,,, and what you eat, your blood pressure, allergies, not drinking enough water or not exercising, to much down time
u might be allergic to something ya ate!! go to the doctors.
good luck!8)
check in with your doctor.you are retaining water but there is a reason for that.and it is usally something serious.
Yes, it sounds like you are allergic to something. Take some Benadryl and call your doctor's office. If the swelling continues go to the ER. Take care.
if your a female pregnancy can also make you swell up

What could it be?

Everytime I feel tired and take a nap in the afternoon or in the evening, whether it's for five minutes or for two hours, after I wake up, my head starts to spin and I feel like I want to vomit, although I don't. I'm 17 years old and a virgin so no, I can't be pregnant. It's happened to me a lot and it happened again today and I just want to know what I can do about it or why this happens.
Answer:
Have you told mom? You may need to see a Dr. for this one. I realize that is an obvious answer, but sometimes it is the only one. I knew someone like this and they had Vertigo. There was a much more sophisticated term, but that is what it was. Look up Vertigo at the md.com. Good luck.
well all i know is that it can be due to an irregular sleep pattern. like staying up late on the weekends and sleeping in then going back to your school schedule. i know it is hard but try to develop a pattern and at least get 7 if not 8 hrs of sleep every night. also a nap shouldnt be longer than 45mins. b/c you will go into the REM sleep cycle and then when you wake up you will feel worse than when you would if you hadnt taken a nap. also drink LOTS of water throughout the day.

What could it be...?

i have a rash on my neck, i have has it quite a while now. It is red but sometimes looks a odd skin colour, kind of like a foundation mark. It has appeared in bloches on both sides of my neck. What could it be?? sensible answers only please. and any suggestions on how to make it go aswell? Thanks x
Answer:
sounds like an allergy, perfume or aftershave can cause this..best to see your doctor he can put your mind at rest.
Have you changed any of your hair products lately? If so it might be worth changing back to see if that helps, other than that i'm stuck sorry. Hope you get it sorted soon x
It is probably an allergic reaction to something, are you using anything new. Get a doctor to look at it cos nobody on a forum can diagnose something without actually seeing it. In the mean time take some piriton, keep it clean and dry..
sounds to me like the skin condition that michael jackson has i cant remember the name it begins with v is it virtiligo or something like this ,if i were you i would pay a visit to the doctor i am sure he will be able to help
I also have this problem in my case it is somthing to do with having a different pigmentation on the left handside of my chest, i went to see the pharmasist and she gave me some Antihistamine tablets and Eurax cream it cleared up within a week but i will never get rid of the dark coloured skin, so i use self tan wipes to blend it in, Hope this helps.
