What causes your leg muscle, thigh muscle to twitch?
Answer:
nerves reacting to some sort of stimuli, usually more of a reaction to make the muscles contract. Often happens with a lack of blood flow or movement to that body area in order to increse the blood flow.
Twitch signals from the brain sent to the leg %26 thigh nerves.
Fatigue muscles or the nerves could be irritated...
