Not to scare you , but could be a stroke.if it keeps happening, better get it checked out at a hospital.
Maybe nerve damage.
Do you mean like for long periods of time, or just momentarily?
You may have had your blood circulation cut off. This makes your skin feel numb. Or maybe for some reason your blood isn't reaching these parts of your body; tight necklines or wrists, watches that are too tight. If they become numb suddenly, move your fingers until you can feel them properly and rub your face to get the blood flowing again. This may not be the reason, but it wouldn't hurt to try!
could be a pinched nerve... could be a physical reaction to something emotion going on... if it happens often i'd get it checked just to be sure...
go to doctor for check up to rule out diabetes
