Answer:
Bleeding from the anus is a bad sign no matter what, you need to go see a Doctor.

From your symptoms it could be anything for hemorrhoids, or an anal fissure, to cancer (you're never to young for cancer)
your Mom should take you to see the Dr for a check-up=she is also right that you should eat more fibre ,ant drink water as well=been there done that
You need to go see a doctor. It's probably hemorrhoids, but until you see a doctor, you won't know for sure.
It sounds to me like your mom could be the biggest problem. Get to a doctor.
you need to drink more water and add a apple a day to your diet but i think you should see a doctor to make sure nothing else is going on.also ask your doctor what foods you could eat that would help with this problem.cancer has no age limits it affects people of all ages so get this taken care of.good luck.
Try this for the next two weeks: I tablespoon of mineral oil twice a day. Follow mom's advice about fiber. Cereals, fruits, vegetables are excellent sources. You might substitute Metamucil, Citrucel, Fibercon or similar. Stop mineral oil after 14 days.

If you have little or no relief from the above regimen, you should definitely see a doctor. You might have hemorrhoids, an anal fissure, or other less common conditions. If your family MD can't help, ask for a referral to a proctologist, an MD who specializes in colon and rectal disorders.

You might start the regimen with a Fleet oil retention enema - just one, one time only.
