What do you do when you can't sleep?

On occasion, I have trouble sleeping at night. I generally sleep at the same hours, about 7-8 hours a night, but about once every two weeks I have a lot of trouble sleeping. Any ideas why and what I can do about it?
Answer:
Get some Celestial Seasonings Sleepy Time Tea and drink it right before bed.

Try having a small amount of turkey breast (l-tritophane in turkey should help you sleep) %26 eat it right before bed.

If you are working out, move your work out up by about 2-3 hours to allow your body to come down from the work out "high"
glass of wine if your old enough or a book maybe something boring
It wud be better to consult ur Dr on this?
No sugary foods or caffeine 4 hrs. before bedtime. Take a hot tub bath and be sure you get exercise every a.m. or afternoon, but not right before bedtime!
YOU MAY BE DEVELOPING SOME TYPE OF INSOMNIA
